We are using 2D and 3D models of cardiac tissue to better understand the electrophysiological dynamics of cardiac wave propagation and electrical stimulation. Because of the huge computational demands of such modeling, we perform our modeling on our massively-parallel Mac G4 cluster. Our current projects in this area are:
